• Items must be returned in their original, sealed condition.

Process:

• To request a refund or exchange, please send a direct message on our instagram page or email us (basmaattia.designs@gmail.com) within the specified time frame.
• **An additional shipping fees will apply for the courier service to collect the items back.
• or you can refund or exchange theitems through our showroom (Dm for location)

Geographical Limitations:

• This policy is applicable only to orders delivered within Cairo.
• Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders delivered to other states. Or governments 
• NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR WHITE/ OFF WHITE ITEMS / SENSITIVE / HANDMADE PIECES
